REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

2.4. Your account shall be used exclusively by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party. If you authorize any third party to manage your account on your behalf this shall be at your own risk.


2.5. We may suspend, or cancel your account at any time we sense any suspicious activity, or breaching regarding our website, and terms and conditions in our sole discretion. An immediate action to be taken without a notice or explanation, providing that if we cancel any products or services you have paid for but not received, it will be refunded back to you in respect of the same.

  • You avoid posting, listing, or uploading content or items inappropriate or prohibited contents on our site or social media that could harm the reputation of our company, as the following examples:
  • content or items that may be considered culturally or religiously offensive in any way.
  • content or items which may not be considered to be in compliance with general local law, Islamic law, rules, morals, values, ethics, and traditions.
  • content or items that may threaten national security.
  • content or items which may constitute or be considered to promote gambling.
  • You avoid returning wrong or damaged products.
  • You avoid returning your ordered products unreasonably at high rate.
  1. In order to maintain the provision of our services with high quality as promised, you agree that:
  • You would not involve in breaching, violating, abusing, unethically manipulating, or using any unlawful and fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offence or abuse to our policies, as the following examples:
  • Hacking, or distributing viruses that may harm our services or the interests or property of other users.
  • Collecting information about users without their consent.
  • Breaching or circumventing any laws, third party rights, our systems, policies or determinations of your account status.
  • Abusing or harassing delivery staff.
  • Refusing to pay for items ordered by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in our policies.
  • Faking currency notes to make the payment.
  • Using credentials that do not belong to you.
  • Placing an order using technological glitch/loophole.
  • Manipulating the price of any item.
  • Taking any action that may undermine the website’s feedback and ratings systems.
  • Sending your account to another party without our prior written consent.
  1. In order to maintain the availability of products to all users who are accessing our services, you agree that:

 

  • You will respect the policy of Egyptian Consumer Law by avoiding inventory abuse or placing bulk order of the same product(s), as the displayed product(s) are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.

 

 

Terms and conditions of sale


Once we receive confirmation that your payment has been authorized, you will be given an order confirmation reference via an e-mail sent to you to, as to confirm the products, price, and delivery charges. You may print a copy of the Order Confirmation Reference, and save it for your records.  Note that, our terms of sale applies in many cases while placing an order; including that:


5.4 We may refuse Your Order or cancel Your Order if we decide it is reasonable to do so. This may include circumstances where:

5.4.1 We are unable to obtain authorized payment or the payment process is incomplete as we may identify product, technical errors, or suspicious activity through the website.

5.4.3 You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase, which we may impose from time to time, as we may suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity; you failed to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfil the order; or products are unavailable or out of stock.

5.5 We may contact you via e-mail, or phone to verify details before we are able to process, and dispatch your order. Usually, we may be unable to accept it, when we consider that your order is bulk, or particularly high value.

5.6 The products are displaying for sale on this website are intended for private, consumer use and you must not resell products, or offer them as a commercial enterprise. We will not be liable for any losses related to your use of  products in a way of a business; such as, losing profits, loss of business, or business interruption. We reserve the right to limit the total value of products that can be included in an order. If the total value of products in your bag exceeds the limit that we may choose from time to time, then we will contact you, and reserve the right to cancel any bulk orders.

5.7 The website displays brand partners products that are advertised for sale, and gives information about them.

 

Place an order using Locuzzle on behalf of the brand partners, as we act as brand partner’s authorized sales agent.

 

If you place an order, Locuzzle is not obliged to accept that order on behalf of the brand partners. The contract is between you, and the applicable brand partner. Our contribution will only be formed and completed upon actual selling, and dispatching of the brand partner’s products, packaging, and electronic order form to you.

 

You may include any number of items within a single order; subject to any restrictions set out in these terms or on the website. Each order you place will be a separate contract between you and brand partners.

 

Brand partners reserve the right to refuse to supply their products to any person.


Orders cannot be returned to us, or brand partner’s, unless you have the free returns label provided. And it needs to be returned direct to the relevant brand partner within 14 days.

 

If you lost your returns label or need another, it can be requested free of charge from our Customer Care team.

 

 

3.2. Subject to these general terms and conditions, the seller’s terms of business shall govern the contract for sale and purchase between the buyer and the seller. Notwithstanding this, the following provisions will be incorporated into the contract of sale and purchase between the buyer and the seller:

  • 2.1. the price for a product will be as stated in the relevant product listing;
  • 2.2. the price for the product must include all taxes and comply with applicable laws in force from time to time;
  • 2.3. delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, other ancillary costs and charges, will only be payable by the buyer if this is expressly and clearly stated in the product listing;
  • 2.4. products must be of satisfactory quality, fit and safe for any purpose specified in, and conform in all material respects to, the product listing and any other description of the products supplied or made available by the seller to the buyer; and
  • 2.5. in respect of physical products sold, the seller warrants that the seller has good title to, and is the sole legal and beneficial owner of, the products and/or has the right to supply the products pursuant to this agreement, and that the products are not subject to any third party rights or restrictions including in respect of third party intellectual property rights and/or any criminal, insolvency or tax investigation or proceedings; and in respect of digital products the seller warrants that the seller has the right to supply the digital products to the buyer.
  • 2.6. The Seller warrants that, where a product sold has such terms, the Seller will provide detailed disclosure of the product terms and conditions, any applicable warranty, and other terms necessary to inform the buyer on the product and its usage in the specification section provided on each product page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We with our licensors own, control, and reserve all the copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website; which subject to the express provisions of these general terms:

SUSPENSION, TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

We may, at our sole discretion and without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies and without any liability to you, we may limit, suspend or permanently withdraw your access of our Services, cancel any product(s) order and/or remove hosted content submitted by you for any reason including, without limitation, the following:
    1. if we believe that you have infringed, breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Use;
    2. If you use our Platform or Services for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offence or abuse our policy and rules;
    3. You are suspected of inventory abuse or placing bulk order. The following shall (without limitation) constitute inventory abuse or placing bulk order:
      1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
      2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category;
      3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
      4. Invalid address given in order details;
      5. Any abuse or fraud used to place the order; or
      6. Any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole.
    4. We reserve our right to take appropriate action if you are suspected of acting fraudulently or if you file invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. You may be considered to be engaging in fraudulent activities if any of the following (without limitation) are met:
      1. you don’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by us;
      2. you fail to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification;
      3. you misuse credentials not belonging to you;
      4. you use invalid address, email and phone no;
      5. you attempt to overuse a voucher code;
      6. you return wrong or damaged product;
      7. you refuse to pay for an order;
      8. for COD items, you use fake currency notes to make the payment;
      9. you abuse or harass the delivery staff;
      10. miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to noon;
      11. your return, undeliverable rate is very high and often the returned products are missing, fake or damaged; or
      12. Repeated request for monetary compensation.
    5. If your access to our Services or our Platform is terminated for any reason, we may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service (including any credits earned through loyalty programs or reward points) and we will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. However, your transactions details may be preserved by us for purposes of tax or regulatory compliance.
    6. For the avoidance of doubt, any amounts paid and received by us in relation to a cancelled product(s) order will be refunded.

 

 

 

PLACING ORDER

  1. Products displayed through our website are being sold by us, or other local brand sellers as specified at the website.  To place an order, you need to:

 

  • Fill out your personal details (as for an example, name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail, home, billing addresses, and other information) as required while ordering/registering.
  • Choose your payment details (either cash on delivery, or debit/credit cards that we accept) as shown at the bottom of our home page.
  • Redeem your promotions (either Gift voucher, Reward points, or Student discount, if you are a student) as provided.
  • Submit your order.

 

  1. After submitting your purchase, the following procedures should take place:

 

  • You expect to be sent an email/ phone message acknowledging that your order has been received.
  • We do a routine pre-authorization check on your personal, and payment details (if you are paying by card), for validity.

However, regarding the pressure we experience, our staff may overcharge, provide inaccurate product or promotion descriptions, or show a sold-out item as being in stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if we find a mistake with any items you bought, and you will be given the choice to either cancel or refund your order at the correct price.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these conditions, including as it may relate in any way to your use of any Amazon Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Amazon or through Amazon.eg, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them (for the purpose of this section, a “Dispute”). Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For the purposes of this section, you waive any objection to the Egyptian courts, on the grounds that it is an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.

 

LIABILITY & INDEMNITIES

8.1 NOTHING IN THE CONTRACT OR ELSEWHERE WILL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR ANY LIABILITY FOR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR FRAUD OR LIABILITY THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN RELATION TO CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS OR FOR ANY OTHER MATTERS, WHICH IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR US TO EXCLUDE. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

8.2 We are not responsible to You for loss or damage of a kind that We could not reasonably have foreseen, which results from You misusing the Goods, or loss and/or damage as a result of wear or tear or otherwise from a Good which is damaged after it was delivered to You.
