How do I create an account on Locuzzle?
In order to register on Locuzzle, you need to follow the following process:
- Click on “My Account”at the top right of the homepage.
- You will be asked to create an account by clicking on “Continue”.
- Fill out your valid personal details (e-mail, phone number, home address, as for example), whether you are customer, or student.
- Check out our Terms and conditions, and privacy policy, as it is needed to be agreed on.
- Click on “Continue”so the account would be created.
How can I change my password?
In order to change your password, you need to follow the following process:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “My Account”.
- Click on “Change my password”.
- Enter your old password and then create your new one.
- Click “Save”to confirm the changes.
How can I be notified with website's updates?
In order to be notified with any updates happens in our website, you will be shown as:
- You register, you have the option to subscribe or not in the “Newsletter” section in the registration page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage, you will find“Newsletter” box where you can add your e-mail to be subscribed and sent by all news.
How can I close my account?
You can also put your account on hold so you can use it at a later time. But there is how to close your account if you still decide to do so:
- Open your Locuzzle website and log in.
- Select”My Account” from the menu by clicking on it in the top right corner.
- Choose “Close Account”.
- Select “Close my account”after providing the reason for the closure.
Note that your account cannot be reactivated once you submit your request.
How can I reset my password?
In order to reset your current password, you have to follow the following process:
- Open Locuzzle website, and click on “Log in”
- Click on “Forgot My Password”link
- You will be sent with verification code to your registered e-mail
- Submit the code on the website, and update the new password.
